Toro Auxiliary Partners Human Resources conducts orientation to align every new hire with the tools and resources necessary to achieve success in their careers at CSUDH Toro Auxiliary Partners. All new hires complete orientation prior to beginning any work for the organization.
New Hire Orientation
To minimize the risk of legal exposure all Toro Auxiliary Partners employees are required to take certain courses to comply with federal, state, and CSU Policy.
The Leadership development series reinforces leadership principles, core competencies, team building, excellent communication, and leadership behaviors. Toro Auxiliary Partners provides virtual facilitation of the Principles of Supervision training annually.
Self-Directed Professional Growth through CSU Learn
Employees have access to free online professional development courses, books, and videos through CSU Learn. There are a wide variety of topic available from customer services, communication, and team building. Use the Login button at the top of the page to access CSU Learn.
